Unlike typical Authentic Relating workshops or Conscious Dance events, this experience weaves together both worlds. You will journey through the core principles of Authentic Relating via practices, games, and reflective moments, then release and call in your true self into facilitated ecstatic dance. You will meet your needs for connection, self-expression, and empowerment—all while enjoying access to the stunning land of Glenrock during breaks.
WHO IS IT FOR:
Adults
You are curious, willing to reveal yourself while also standing up for yourself
You have attended an Authentic Relating workshop before, or you have an idea about what this practice is about through your own research
You love moving and dancing as a practice for self-expression and consciousness development
